The vendor was easy to find in the station and the process of handing over the luggage was simple. As per a few previous comments I was a little apprehensive using this type of service but there was no alternative. When I went to collect I was initially told they didn't have my case, but to my relief that was a mistake and it was found within minutes. I do think that the process should include an email confirmation, with a picture of the luggage that the vendor takes, that the luggage has been accepted. This would provide peace of mind that if any issues arose, providing proof that it had been accepted for storage.
